Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Rally Cats Experience Program, parents/guardians agree to the following:

Only registered Rally Cats (6th grade and under) are eligible for game day experiences.

Parents/guardians must adhere to the sign up deadlines when the experience forms are sent out. 

ACU Athletics and the Rally Cats Program are not responsible for missed experiences due to the following: 

incomplete or late form submissions and/or failure to arrive on time for designated experience(s).
Selection notifications will be sent via Email/Google Calendar invite at least 2 weeks prior to the specified game day. Last-minute spots may be offered as available, but will be notified as soon as possible. 

A response to the Google Calendar invite is required no later than 72 hours prior to game day. Failure to respond will result in your child’s spot being reassigned.

If you do not receive an email/calendar invite, your Rally Cat(s) was not selected for that specific game. 

Experiences are not guaranteed and are on a first-come, first-served basis based on form submission.

For the safety of our Rally Cats and student-athletes, we ask that you refrain from personal interaction with your Rally Cat during their experience. 

Parents and guardians acknowledge & consent to being contacted by ACU Athletics via cell phone and/or email for communications related to their child’s participation and program updates.
